The fine print.
Plain-language terms for every order. Short version: your company's first video is FREE, after that you pay only for the video you approve, and every version arrives in one business day or it's FREE.
01Who we are
Get Short Videos is operated by 36.630.875 GONZALO ANDRES ZARIAGA MELLANO, a business registered in Brazil under CNPJ 36.630.875/0001-14. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that business.
02The service
Get Short Videos makes short videos from the brief and materials you send. You review watermarked samples, ask for changes, and pay only for the version you approve. Each video is delivered in every size we offer for it (9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9) at no extra cost.
03Price and payment
The price is 99 USD per video, fixed, for videos up to 3 minutes long, with every size included. It's shown on your order page before you approve.
You pay by card through Stripe when you approve. Nothing is charged before that. Because you pay only after reviewing and approving the video, payments are final.
04Free first video
The first order from each business email domain is free. A business domain is a company's own: addresses at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and other personal or throwaway email providers don't qualify, and subdomains count as their company's domain. It's one free video per domain, however many people or accounts order from it.
The free video is version 1, as delivered, in every size and without the watermark once you download it. It doesn't include changes.
Asking for changes upgrades the order: changes become unlimited within your brief, and you pay 99 USD for the version you approve, when you approve it. Version 1 stays free to download until the order is paid or closed.
We may decline a free order we believe abuses this offer.
05Changes
Changes within your original brief are unlimited until you approve. A new idea, a different video or a new brief is a new order. On a free first video, asking for changes upgrades the order (see Free first video).
06One-business-day guarantee
Your first sample, and every new version after you ask for changes, is delivered within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday; public holidays are not excluded. Your order page shows when the next version is due.
If a version is delivered after that time, the whole order is FREE: you can approve and download it at no charge. The clock runs only while we owe you a version, not while we're waiting on you.
07Our right to decline or close orders
We may decline any order, and we may close an order at any time before it is paid. A closed order is never charged, and the one-business-day guarantee no longer applies to it. You'll get an email when an order is closed.
08Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to give us everything you upload or link to (names, quotes, photos, logos, footage, data, voices) and to use it in advertising, including any permission needed from the people quoted, shown or heard.
Quotes are used word for word as you provide them. You're responsible for the claims your ads make and for following the advertising rules where they run.
09Samples and ownership
Watermarked samples are for review only; don't publish them.
Once you pay, you may use the final video without the watermark for your business, in organic posts and paid ads, for as long as you like. You keep all rights to your own materials.
We may show finished videos in our portfolio. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.
10AI voice and music
Narration is generated with ElevenLabs (model Eleven v4) and music with an AI music model. Quotes are read by a narrator, not by the person quoted, and the video says so.
Want your own voice?
If you have a voice in ElevenLabs, share it with a link (set to anyone with the link) and paste that link in your order description. We'll make your ads with your voice. Only share a voice you have the right to use.
The music is licensed for online and offline advertising and social media. It is not licensed for film, TV or radio broadcast; ask us before using a video there.
11Liability
We make the video you approve; we don't guarantee any advertising results. Our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute about them is settled by the courts of Brazil. Our service is for businesses, not consumers.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
